Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the problem so we can make it right.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Fit preference 

  • Buyer’s remorse

Most of our pieces are designed with an oversized fit. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

Replacements & Shipping
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement or refund after verification.

If a replacement is requested due to incorrect size selection, fit preference, or address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of producing and shipping the new item.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.We do not offer refunds for incorrect size, fit preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a free replacement or a refund at our discretion after verification.

Refunds are processed once the issue has been confirmed and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase as long as production has not started. Once an order enters production, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
