Shipping Policy
All of our products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not keep pre-made inventory, which helps reduce waste and allows us to offer exclusive designs.
Our products are produced and shipped from overseas manufacturing partners. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before being shipped.
Production Time
Orders are typically produced within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, orders are shipped and usually arrive within 9–16 days, depending on your location, carrier, and seasonal volume.
Total Fulfillment Time
From the time your order is placed to delivery, the total fulfillment window is approximately 10–19 days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a replacement is required due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of producing and shipping the new item.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
